As some of you may know, I am going to be an auntie again very soon! And as our mommy-to-be is getting ready for her big delivery day, some of us aunties are getting ready to make sure she and little Emily are ready to come home and be as comfy as possible.
So in anticipation of the long awaited baby shower of my sister-in-law, Anna, I was asked if I could make the baby shower invites. I, of course, said I would do whatever I could to help out, and since cardmaking is one of my hobbies, I jumped on the bandwagon!
They already had an idea of what they wanted, and I tried to get as close as I possibly could to their original concept using the materials I had at hand. Below is the outcome of our collaberation! I had to make 30 in total. I hope everyone who receives one enjoys it and appreciates just how much work went into creating them! :) I personally think they are adorable...and don't you just love the matching envelope? The front side has the little yellow duck and the back has little pink booties! I can't wait to add one of them to my scrapbook memorializing the shower, the friends and family gathering around to celebrate a new member arriving into this world, along with good food and fun had by all!
God bless and get creative!
